Anne Bruchon is Group Communications Director and Secretary of the Executive Committee

In the course of a 28-year career in the digital industry, Anne has become a specialist in  transition and change management projects with major companies.

She started out as a functional consultant and IT Project Manager for SEMA Group. She subsequently joined SOGETI, a subsidiary of Cap Gemini Group, where she became Technical Director then Director of the Architecture Competence Centre for several business units, where she helped set up the new matrix management structure. She then joined Inetum as Key Account Program Director before becoming Deputy Director of the group’s key accounts department.

In 2016, she joined Econocom to oversee the transformation of the Services business in France. She then carried out a number of strategic divestitures and headed up the M&A department, as well as acting as Company Secretary. Since November 2023, she has been head of Group Communications. She has also been Secretary of the Executive Committee since September 2024.

Anne is an Engineering graduate from ENSMM. She also holds a post-graduate degree in Mathematics and Structural Mechanics and an Enterprise Architect certificate.
 

Véronique di Benedetto is Vice-President of Econocom France, in charge of CSR and Impact, President of Econocom Italy and Non-Executive Director of the Econocom Group Board of Directors.

Véronique began her career as an Account Manager at IBM. In 1985, she became a sales agent before being appointed Sales Director with ECS, then taking over the group’s international activities and finally becoming Managing Director in 2009. 

After the merger between Econocom and ECS, she was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the new group, running operations in France. 

In 2015, she was appointed Vice-President France, responsible primarily for the CSR and impact strategy and overseeing start-ups in various sectors, including education and culture. 

Véronique is Chair of the Statutory Committee of Numeum, a French professional body for digital companies, an independent director on the board of SA MFC Hexaôm and a director on the board of the non-profit “100 000 entrepreneurs”. She also serves on the strategic committees of various high-growth start-ups and is a non-executive director of the Econocom Group Board of Directors.

Véronique was appointed Knight of the Legion of Honour (Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur) in 2013.
 

Nathalie Gicquel is Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors. 

Nathalie is a renowned legal expert, with 30 years’ wide-ranging experience, 10 of which were spent as an international lawyer and 20 as Legal Director and Company Secretary for large and mid-size groups, during which she had considerable experience navigating organizations through change, growth, transformation and crises.

Nathalie has worked in a variety of industry sectors but primarily in a technological background and in various types of ownership structure – listed companies, family-owned businesses and private equity firms – working on major projects involving changing organizations and governance.

Before joining Econocom, she was Company Secretary for Expleo Group (2018-2021), where she structured the company secretarial department and oversaw major strategic projects. She was also Group Legal Director for SEGULA Technologies (2012-2018), where she oversaw the group’s recovery plan. Nathalie also has considerable experience structuring and organizing legal departments.

She was appointed Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors in March 2024.

A trained lawyer, Nathalie also holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Rennes. 

Sophie Latourrette is Group Director of Talent Management & HR Coordinator.

Sophie has over 25 years’ human resources experience in a variety of countries and industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology and consulting. Thanks to her talent management and organizational development experience with Guerbet, Transearch, Novartis, Syngenta and more recently Servier, she has successfully supported Econocom’s business in implementing strategic transformations projects.

In 2022, she joined Econocom as Group Director of Talent Management, helping management with key talent acquisition, organization, succession planning and managing the TOP 70. In September 2024, she also took over coordination of the group’s HR teams, devising and implementing HR strategy in accordance with the “One econocom” strategic plan, and managing the holding company HR activities.

Sophie is a graduate of EFAP and IGS.
